Jenelle Evans dropped her baby weight pretty quickly after giving birth to her second son back in June, and this week the Teen Mom 2 star revealed her secret to staying in shape.

Evans explained on Twitter Jan. 31 that she's often asked about her workout routine and so she decided to share her ab and full body workout routine for anyone looking to stay fit.

The reality star and mother of two follows a very specific ab and full body workout, which includes crunches, toe touches, leg lifts, and side plank hip lifts. Even with school and six-month-old Kaiser to look after, Evans makes sure to stick to this routine in order to stay healthy and active.

Evans will likely stay committed to her workout system as she approaches her wedding day. Last month the reality star announced her engagement to boyfriend Nathan Griffith, though the pair have yet to decide on a date just yet. Kaiser is their first child together. Evans five-year-old son, Jace, is from a previous relationship and has lived with her mother, Barbara, since infancy.
