The G'Day USA Gala is a significant event for actress Nicole Kidman and country star Keith Urban.

The couple have been attending the Los Angeles event for years. In fact, it's where they first met 10 years ago.

Kidman dished a little on her history with the gala to The Daily Telegraph on Monday.

"Yes, I did meet Keith here," explained the Paddington star while attending the event with her co-host, Geoffrey Rush (Pirates of the Caribbean).

While it seems that plenty of people have taken credit for introducing Kidman to her husband, the actress decided to set the record straight for those curious about the details.

"Everyone claims they introduced us, but you can have it," she told Rush, who now owns formal credit for bringing together one of country music's hottest couples.

Urban escorted his wife down the red carpet prior to the event, sporting a black suit to match Kidman's elegant black dress with sheer sleeves and printed design.

The couple are known for getting cozy on the red carpet, leaning on one another and laughing as they get their photos taken.

Earlier this month the Daily Mail spotted Urban and Kidman arriving in Los Angeles via LAX Airport with their two young daughters, six-year-old Sunday Rose and four-year-old Faith Margaret. The girls sported matching green dresses, with Sunday Rose holding her father's hand as Kidman carried Faith Margaret outside.

When they are not busy touring or filming, Kidman and Urban live in Nashville with their children.
