Shailene Woodley's character Beatrice "Tris" Prior faces off against Kate Winslet's character Jeanine after breaking through her fear landscape.

Tris breaks through a glass holding tank in slow motion and tackles Jeanine who is the film's villain.

At the close of Divergent, Tris, Four (Theo James) and their group of the Dauntless faction fighters barely escape Jeanine and the Erudite faction's attempt at an upheaval to take control of all six of the factions.

On Feb. 1, MTV News reported some insight on Jonny Weston's character Edgar, who is new to the Divergent series.

Edgar did not exist in the books, but he is appearing in the film adaptation.

At Weston's press day for his latest film, Project Almanac, the site asked for some details on Edgar.

"He's a member of the Factionless," Weston divulged, adding, "And he's pretty high up in the government. He's hard-core. He's a slugger."

He even shared he has no idea what will happen if his character turns into a love interest for Tris.

"I'm not even sure where that's going go to be honest with you," he admitted.

Weston mentioned he doesn't keep up with what fans of the books and films have to say online, but he did say, "I will tell you he's a pretty hard-core dude and he's all about cheap shots. He's kind of like a fighter."

"It's awesome! It's really liberating to play a mean kid," Weston added.
