Attorneys for billionaire poker player Dan Bilzerian have reached a plea deal and the super star won't be spending time in prison.

The self-proclaimed 'King Of Instagram' has managed to buy himself out of some serious trouble yet again. On Friday, attorney's for Bilzerian and his friend Jeremy Guymon, 36, reached a deal with prosecutors.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeldard told a Las Vegas judge that the two guys would record a public service announcement for the federal Bureau of Land Management. The PSA will advice the public was is unacceptable on public land.

Dan Bilzerian Could Face Jail Time

In addition to creating a PSA, their attorneys entered their no-contest pleas to misdemeanor accounts for failing to extinguish a fire and they are both responsible for paying $20,000 combined in restitution.

Bilzerian and his friend illegally blew up the cab of a tractor-trailer in the desert with a homemade bomb.

Back in December, TMZ reported that Clark County, Nev. police officers had issued an arrest warrant intended for Bilzerian after the social media sensation possessed different contents that when mixed together served as TNT.

The playboy was arrested outside of LAX and was held in a Los Angeles County jail without bail.

In January the Las Vegas Sun reported that Bilzerian and Guymon were both facing two counts of possessing bomb-making components and could face up to six years in prison and a $5,000 fine for each count if they are convicted.
