The Walking Dead has finally returned from hiatus, and fans have a lot to look forward to in the second half of season 5.

Andrew Lincoln Reveals New Secrets About Premiere, 'Incredible Emotional'  

After being gone for several months, the AMC hit show is back, and actor Andrew Lincoln says the rest of the season is 'f---ing nuts.'

On Friday, Entertainment Weekly sat down with Lincoln to dish on the return the AMC hit show, and he gave fans a few teasers about the second half of season five.

A lot has happened since the winter finale. Beth is dead and the survivors have nowhere to run, so what's going to happen next?

"Yet again, we are reunited, but we're reunited in terrible grief and once again, we're on the road," the actor dished to the site. "You'll see there are fragmentations within the group. There are a lot of people grieving the loss of such an important person."

The actor explained that things will be a lot different from this point on, and apparently things are about to get really crazy. Based on the sneak peek, the survivors are on the road again and according to Lincoln, things could take a turn for the worst very soon.

"I'm really, really half terrified, half so excited to see how people view the way the story goes. I mean it's completely uncompromising and it's almost like there's a mini pilot episode in the middle of the season and it's nuts. It's f-ing nuts!"

The Walking Dead airs on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. on AMC. Fans can watch a sneak peek of the second half in the video below.
