Of the awkward moments at the Grammys 2015, one was Shia LaBeouf reading out an oddly composed tribute to Sia.

As has been the case with the turn of the actor's career into something like James Franco's absurd experiments, only weirder and less appreciated, LaBeouf added another minor feather in his cap of absurdities. His introduction to Sia was penned by a certain Erik, who LaBeouf did not care to identify at the event.

Here's the bit:

"I feel like this maybe strange to say this here, I love you so, punch me if I stop crying, I raise a white flag to you, defeated finally, if strength were made of broken pieces, you and I would always win. It is though, as buildings and statues wink at us, I could squeeze you to zero. I will never know another what am I going to do. Punch me if I stop crying. Love, Erik."

LaBeouf's collaborated with Sia for her video for 'Elastic Heart,' which also featured 12-year-old Maddie Ziegler. The actor faced some heat as the video was controversial showing him and Maddie in bare nothings, with what could be interpreted as sexual overtones. LaBeouf later apoligised for the same.

On the evening of February 8, Maddie was joined by Kristen Wiig for a performance of 'Chandelier' at the Grammys.
