Fans are still reeling from the shocking news that Kody Brown of Sister Wives divorced his first wife Meri last year and married his fourth wife Robyn instead, but the family may finally be addressing the controversy on Twitter.

The Brown Family Releases A Statement About The Divorce

After what appeared to be radio silence on the topic except for one public statement, Kody, Meri, Robyn, Janelle and Christine all returned to their Twitter pages for a live tweet with fans after the newest episodes of their show aired on TLC Feb. 9, and revealed that the answers fans are seeking about the sudden shift in the family's structure would be revealed in the next few weeks.

'Careful! Many may judge what they don't understand. If you want to know, watch #SisterWives and most will be revealed over nxt3weeks!" Kody tweeted during the episode.

Meri also opened up about what fans would see on the upcoming episodes, revealing that they would see the truth about her marriage.

"So many have been asking, be sure to watch next week as we begin telling our real story regarding current news in our family," she wrote.

However, the family also appeared to address the negative reactions to the news as well-specifically Kody and Robyn, who have received the brunt of negative attention throughout the situation.

"What other people think of me is none of my business. I wish I had the willpower to ignore the opinions of others. #SisterWives," Kody wrote.

Robyn appeared to be more hurt and angry by the negative comments however, and even threatened to block those who were dissing the family in the process.

"You expose how see our families & marriages when you refer to us as not married just committed. We are ALL married to Kody! #blockingspree," she tweeted.

Sister Wives airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on TLC.
