Ciara News 2015: Chart Topper Opens Up About Ex-Fiance Future [VIDEO]
It looks as though Ciara is definitely looking to the future, while keeping the past behind her. The chart topper recently opened up about her life after breaking up with her ex-fiance and baby daddy Future and how she's looking forward to showing her fans a real personal side in her upcoming album, Jackie.
According to The Young Black and Fabulous, Ciara explained why she opened up about her ex in her latest single "I Bet."
She said, "just feel so many different things now with life and as a woman. I feel a whole different confidence and I feel a need to express. I think we need realness ... it's important to me that I get to express myself exactly how I want to as an artist."

Meanwhile, Ciara recently revealed why she didn't perform with Missy Elliot during the Super Bowl halftime show nearly two weeks ago.
In an interview with HipHollywood.com earlier this week, Ciara said that Perry simply never reached out to her to join in on the performance, even though she is part of Missy Elliott's song, Lose Control.
She said, "Of course, that was Katy Perry inviting her to come out, that was their thing."
As far as whether or not Ciara is going to be working on any future projects with Missy Elliott, she simply said, "I don't know, I can't say. I'll just say stay tuned."
