Miranda Simms Tweets About Love As Her Husband's Ex-Wife Faces A Salon Investigation

Weeks after her husband's father, Jeff Simms, revealed on Twitter that she and Corey had begun filming Teen Mom 2 season six, Simms spoke of a bad day.

On Wednesday, Simms re-tweeted a message from Amazing Grace, which read, "Don't let a bad day make you feel like you have a bad life." Hours prior, she re-tweeted a post that said, "Be sure to taste your words before you spit them out."

Before the Simms family began filming the MTV series' sixth season, Corey's ex-wife, Leah Messer, slammed the couple's marriage on Facebook. In an elaborate rant in December, the mother of three claimed the pair were only pretending to be happy in their relationship.

“Things you see on Corey and Miranda's ‘official and APPROVED page’ is far from being true, and all I have to say about it is that they may want to be very WISE about what the post because a marriage that PRETENDS to be PERFECT is NEVER perfect,” Messer reportedly wrote. “Especially when there is way more not told to a specific spouse, and that’s all I’m going to say.”

At the same time, Messer claimed she and husband Jeremy Calvert, who accused her of cheating on him in October, were still together.

“Marriage is far from perfect but my husband and I are very much in love with each other and still remain married and that doesn’t plan to change," she explained.
