After successfully pulling off a secret wedding on Sept. 9, Blake Lively returned to New York to film the final season of "Gossip Girl" and has since sparked rumors that she may be pregnant.

According to a report, the 25-year-old is "glowing," and "eating more than normal" in-between takes of the hit CW show.

"Blake is usually really careful about what she eats, but since her wedding, she seems to be eating a lot more," a source told New York Post. "Everyone on set is on bump-watch."

A rep for Lively has yet to respond to the report.

The California native stunned Hollywood and fans when she married her "Green Lantern" co-star Ryan Reynolds in a secret ceremony in South Carolina. After a year of dating, the couple wed at the Boone Hall Plantation, just outside Charleston.

Lively reportedly wore natural makeup, a custom white Marchesa gown and Christian Louboutin pumps. Her close friends Bette Midler and Florence Welsh of Florence + The Machine were guests and sang at the wedding.

News of the top secret ceremony was first revealed by 95.1 FM, a local radio station, who took to Twitter by saying "Hold up, there's another story that it's Ryan Reynolds and he married Blake Lively at the Cotton Docks today!"

Prior to the nuptials, Lively reportedly told Allure about her relationship to Reynolds, "Right now, I'm so peaceful. I've never been happier in my life." She has also admitted to wanting a big family, saying, "Oh, I'd love 30 [children] if I could."

Lively moved to New York City in 2007 to film the television series "Gossip Girl." She previously dated Leonardo DiCaprio and her "Gossip Girl" co-star Penn Badgley.

Reynolds was linked to Alanis Morrisette before marrying his first wife Scarlett Johansson. They divorced in 2011.
