On Thursday, both of the British vloggers took to Twitter to give out some personal advice to anyone who is struggling with anything serious going on right now.

In one tweet, Sugg delivered advice: "It may be really hard for you to talk about something you are dealing with or going through but when you do, everything becomes easier."

Earlier that day, the beauty tutorial star posted a tweet on how beneficial it is for someone dealing with a serious problem to not hold it inside.

"Just a morning reminder that if you are suffering with depression, anxiety or being bullied to speak out. Make today the day you talk!" she wrote.

That same day, Sugg's boyfriend took to social media to give hopeful advice to anyone else who's going through a difficult time.

"Sometimes it all gets a little too much, But you gotta realise that soon the fog will clear up," Deyes tweeted.

It's unclear on where these words of wisdom are suddenly coming from between these two, but they could just be trying to make a positive message with the millions of followers they have all over the Internet.

While Sugg is known for giving guidance on looking presentable in her YouTube channel, Deyes is the star of 'PointlessBlog'- a channel that shows the 21-year-old going about his day.
