Why can't Teresa Giudice and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga just get along?

In an interview on "The Wendy Williams Show," Melissa spoke of an incident where she went to Giudice's daughter Gia's birthday party, in which she claimed Giudice twisted her arm while she was holding her son, baby Joey.

"I don't think she was happy that I came," Melissa told Williams about Giudice's reaction regarding her attendance to the family event. "I think she was looking for a press opportunity to say that I wasn't going to come."

When the party was coming to a close, things got ugly between the two family members.

"At the very end she roughed me up a little bit, got in my face, I said not in front of my kid", she said to a shocked Williams, according to RadarOnline. "I had baby Joey in my arm and twisted it."

She told Williams she wants let go of all her bad feelings and move forward with their relationship.

"I will continue to forgive her because she is my husband's sister."

However this contradicts her statements in the newest edition of Us Weekly magazine, "Why should I trust her? I'm not going to take the chance of letting her hurt me. I'm officially done."

Melissa accused Giudice of trying to ruin her club appearances and stop them from even taking place!

"I had some club appearances booked and she called the owner and said, 'Don't give her another appearance. Don't pay her.' The owner called me up and was like, 'Teresa is literally screaming at me.'"

After the Posche fashion show (the setting of the season finale and the place where Melissa was accused of being a stripper), Joe Gorga sent Giudice a text messaging stating, "You're dead to me."

Melissa claimed Joe, Giudice's brother, is still "beside himself." "He has a really hard time forgiving her because he's so sick and tired of her bashing us," she said.

Melissa told Us Weekly, "This is one of the worst betrayals of my life."
