Speaking to ABC, the actor stated that while there was a lot to miss, and he was sad about having to leave the franchise behind there was one thing that was cause of much relief to him.

"I'm excited to shed the blonde hair!" he said. "That's the thing that I was like, 'Get out of here!' Having to do touch ups all the time and get my hair redyed and bleached, was not my thing at all."

But Hutcherson is obviously more broken about having to part with his fellow cast members and not getting to spend as much time with them.

"I'm going to miss just being with everyone that much," he said. "We are all still close and see each other on a fairly regular basis. When you are filming, it's 12 plus hours a day for months at a time. It's kind of sad, because you had such a great time making them, now it's coming to a close. But also, I think everyone is ready to move on to the next stages of their careers and lives and everything."

The movie is the third and final instalment in the Hunger Gamestrilogy. The first was Hunger Games: Catching Fire, followed byHunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1.

Part 2 also stars Jennifer Lawrence as Catniss Everdeen, Liam Helmsworth as Gale Hawthorne, Woody Harrelson as Haymitch Abernathy, and Julianne Moore as President Alma Coin.

The movie will hit theaters on November 20.
