While some people love looking forward to their birthdays, it looks as though Kate Gosselin is scared about her next one. The former reality television star turns 40 this month and according to the celebrity mother herself, it's a number she's not really looking forward to.

In a tweet that she shared with her Twitter followers this past week, Gosselin admitted that she got into a little family argument with her kids over her age.

She wrote, "We're having a family argument bc Mady ended her story w '..and Mommys 40!' I screamed 'I'm NOT 40; Im 39' And..so it began... That#ScaresMe."

Many of her social media followers tried to ease her concerns by writing, "It's not so bad. It's just a number...a big one...but just a number. Lol" along with, "Don't fret about 40, it's just a #. You look FABULOUS!"

Meanwhile, there was a report suggesting that Kate's ex-husband Jon Gosselin might be trying to sabotage her reputation.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry earlier this month, there's a possibility that Jon might be behind the anonymous phone calls that reported Kate to child services. In one claim, it was reported that Kate was allegedly abusive towards her son Collin.

A source told the site, "Someone called and told them that Kate had been both physically and psychologically abusive to one of her sextuplets, Collin."

The insider further explains that Jon is acting like his son's "savior-in-waiting" while at the same time he's sabotaging Kate's reputation to her fans.

The source added, "Jon wants to put a stop to it. Collin's brothers and sisters see how Kate treats their brother like he's an indentured servant, and they've cried to their dad about how poorly their mom treats Collin."
