A porn company has reached out to Hulk Hogan with a generous offer of "an open checkbook" if he gives them permission to put his recently leaked sex tape on their website.

Sex.com, a website that claims to offer the "biggest and best collection of 'pinned' adult content" online, have asked the former professional wrestler for the rights to feature his sexual romp that was recorded and leaked without his permission.

TMZ acquired a copy of the offer letter from Sex.com to Hogan. The company, which describes itselves as self-admitted "Hulkamaniacs," wrote that they would like to speak to Hogan because they imagined the sex tape scandal is an "embarrassing ordeal... (and) it doesn't need to be."

The company even attempts to flatter Hogan in the offer letter by complimenting his "member."

"You are 'bigger' than Andre the Giant where it matters and we aren't just talking about fan base 'brother'!" they wrote.

The letter ends with a statement that the company is willing to pay him a substantial sum with "a compensation package that would make your "Rent A Center" deal look like pocket change."

It was reported on Aug. 5 that a sex tape featuring Hulk Hogan was leaked online.

Gawker.com obtained the 30-minute, 17-second long video.

The 59-year-old professional wrestler is rumored to be having sex with Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his best friend, a famous radio DJ named Bubba the Love Sponge.

However, Bubba doesn't seem to mind that Hogan and his ex are together because allegedly Bubba is the one chatting with them before the pair get down and dirty.

Hogan's lawyer gave a statement to TMZ stating, "Terry Bollea is appalled at the unauthorized release of a secretly filmed video. ... [Hulk] neither approved of the filming nor the release of the same.  It is clearly an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust if it is genuine.  We will take all necessary steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability."
