One of the ladies of Mistresses is about to find herself a new man in the third season.

Chatter On Alyssa Milano's Replacement On 'Mistresses'

On Friday, TV Line announced that actor Brian White will be joining the ABC drama as Blair, the headmaster of Lucy's school. This will then lead into a romance with Lucy's mom, April, played by Rochelle Aytes.

Blair is going to be embody "authority and strength," and will apparently know how to rock a suit. The site also mentioned that April is going to see that this man is "well-liked and well-connected" as a headmaster.

"Most of all she feels safe and protected when she's around him," the site quoted. "His mere presence commands respect, making him the ideal partner at a time when her daughter needs some serious structure in her life."

This ought to be one heck of a season since Blair isn't the only new character being added to the series; Alyssa Milano's character Savi will be replaced by Jennifer Esposito who will play a new woman named Calista.

Milano made the decision not to reprise her character due to relocation issues.

"After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of 'Mistresses' in Vancouver, Canda for financial reasons," the actress said in a statement, posted on The Hollywood Reporter. "It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate. I have two babies under four. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away."

Mistresses Season 3 is expected to premiere this summer on ABC.
