Team Scorpion has fallen prey to two separate workplace romances, but that doesn't mean Walter O'Brien's genius squad is going to come to a grinding, love-struck halt.

Between Happy (Jadyn Wong), Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas), Walter (Elyes Gabel), and Paige (Katherine McPhee), four fifths of Cabe's (Robert Patrick) innovative team have fallen prey to cupid's arrow. Luckily, the tentative relationships wont outshine each other moving forward.

"It gives us options. I mean, I see nothing but good in those things," executive producer Nick Wootton informed Assignment X. "And we've been doing it for a while now, so I feel like it is absolutely something that we feel works for us and it gives us a lot of places to go in terms of, one heats up, the other cools down, we're able to play with those sort of temperature shifts."

After Happy and Toby's little dating mishap, It looks like the Waige 'ship will dominate the upcoming final two episodes. Ralph (Riley B. Smith) will put his life on the line to help the adults during "Cliffhanger," and Paige will undoubtedly be rather displeased with this new turn of events. As "Postcards from the Edge" threatens to see the team come apart at the seams, Walter may confess his feelings for Paige as he faces down his own mortality.
