The MTV Movie Awards took place on Sunday at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, Calif. with comedian Amy Schumer hosting the event.

The night was filled with many memorable moments!

Schumer is known to break gender boundaries in her comedy so it was really no surprise the night was filled with crass jokes and sketches that fueled female empowerment.

The MTV Movie Awards 2015 Nominations Have Been Revealed

Schumer's opening sketch was magical as she hung out with Hazel Grace from The Fault in Our Stars as well as the Pitch Perfect movies' Barden Bellas, among a few other stand out movie characters from the movies that earned nominations.

Then in another sketch, Schumer recruited some other powerful females including Amber Rose and a lot of masturbation jokes were shared.

Vin Diesel probably had the sweetest, most tear-jerking moment of the night as he honored his friend and former costar Paul Walker by singing a bit of "See You Again," which Wiz Khalifa recorded as part of the tribute to Walker.

Another big moment was Shailene Woodley accepting her Trailblazer Award, in which she mentioned the first-ever recipient of the award Emma Stone and by the end of her speech she told everyone to "blaze on."

The other winners for the night are listed below.

Movie of the Year went to The Fault in Our Stars as did Best Kiss between Ansel Elgort and Woodley and Best Female Performance by Woodley in the film.

Dylan O'Brien won Best Hero for his role in The Maze Runner, beating out the other top contender Woodley for her role in Insurgent. O'Brien also won Best Breakthrough Performance for his role in The Maze Runner. The actor also walked away with the golden popcorn award for Best Fight between himself and his costar Will Poulter in The Maze Runner.

Neighbors also brought in three wins, including Zac Efron and Dave Franco winning for Best On-Screen Duo, Efron getting the Best Shirtless Performance award and the award for Best WTF Moment between Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.

Bradley Cooper received the Best Male Performance award for his role in American Sniper and Jennifer Lopez won the award for Best Scared-As-S--- Performance for her role in The Boy Next Door.

Meryl Streep took home the golden popcorn for Best Villain for her portrayal of the witch from Into the Woods.

The Best Musical Moment award went to Jennifer Lawrence for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and her costar Elizabeth Banks got the award for Best On-Screen Transformation.

Channing Tatum got the award for Best Comedic Performance in 22 Jump Street and Kevin Hart got the Comedic Genius Award, while Robert Downey Jr. got the Generation Award.
