Israel David Dillard is barely a week old, and it looks like he's already on his first cover of a magazine. Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard open up in a new interview about their new bundle of joy, where they also share his birth story and how Duggar had quite a difficult time in the delivery room.

According to People magazine on Wednesday, Duggar had quite a "dramatic" delivery which made her son's arrival pretty difficult.

Spending about 70 hours in labor, Duggar tested positive for strep B, which is a bacteria that is commonly found during birth, but also requires antibiotics.

She told the magazine, "I was praying to God to give me strength. I was really scared and nervous, I was praying."

It wasn't until she found out that her baby was in a breech position did she and Derick decide on a cesarean section. The couple soon thereafter welcomed their 9-lb., 10-oz. son to the world.

Duggar added, "I love our birth story because it bonded us so well. I still haven't changed a single diaper. Derick has been changing them all."

According to Us Weekly last Wednesday, Duggar and Derick welcomed their son late on Monday night. The couple shared a video from her hospital bed explaining exactly what went down in the delivery room.

Derick began by saying, "Hey everybody, it's Derick and Jill Dillard, and we've got an exciting birth announcement. Not everything went as expected. We were reminded of the verse that the Bible talks about where man plans his way but the Lord directs his steps. We were encouraged by that and yeah, he's just a handsome little fellow."
