An official Terminator: Genisys game is on its way, and a teaser for it was recently unveiled via the Twitter page for the movie.

New Antagonist Revealed In Terminator: Genisys

Skydance and Paramount have joined forces with Glu for the game and the preview shows a host of T-800s and T-1000s being shot at by the player, presumably John Connor or Kyle Reese. The game features both old and new models of the Terminator.

While no release date has been revealed for the game it should be out soon, perhaps around the movie's premiere in July. The pre-registration for the games app is now available on iTunes.

Villainous John Connor Takes Center Stage In New Terminator: Genisys Poster

In other recent Genisys related news, Arnold Schwarzenegger talked about being associated with the Terminator franchise over a period of three decades on The Late Late Show with James Corden, on the evening of May 4.

Schwarzenegger spoke about how Terminator: Genisys raises the benchmark, and features "unbelievable visual effects." He particularly went on about how things had dramatically changed since 1984, particularly keeping in mind the way that stories can be told on the screen now, in ways that they couldn't have back in 1984.

"People will really be blown away when they see this movie," Schwarzenegger said, raising the anticipation for Terminator: Genisys.

Terminator: Genisys will hit theaters on July 1.
