ABC released promotional photos on Wednesday from an upcoming episode called "Beautiful Doom" and according to Examiner, the show will air a "Meredith and Cristina centric-episode."

Photos show Meredith bringing her daughter Zola to the hospital with her, probably trying to judge motherhood and work.

"In this Meredith & Cristina-centric episode, the two friends continue to cope with life after the plane crash and their ever-growing responsibilities at their respective hospitals. As Meredith juggles taking care of Zola with a case that hits close to home, Cristina assists Dr. Thomas on a challenging heart surgery," the site stated.

Season nine already showed best friends Meredith and Cristina separated, with Cristina leaving Seattle Grace to work at a different hospital. However, she still have a relationship with Seattle Grace's Dr. Hunt so viewers might see her make her way back to the hospital later in the season. Episode four of the new season airs on Oct. 25 and it is called "I Saw Her Standing There."

ABC revealed that in the new episode, out of consideration for Derek Shepard, Meredith will not talk about her surgeries to her husband anymore. Viewers already saw Derek struggle to be the hotshot surgeon he once was. In this season's premiere episode, we saw his hand go numb during a surgery. He received very bad injuries from last season's plane crash that has affected his ability to perform in the operating room.

In episode three, Derek convinced the other doctors involved in the plane crash not to accept a large-summed settlement for the turmoil they faced. Also in episode four, Richard will ask Dr. Catherine Avery to help with a complicated procedure. The episode airs at 9/8 Central on ABC.

Jackson and April have already rekindled their relationship. In episode three, though April kept declaring that she was "re-virginizing" herself, in the end she could not keep away from Jackson and the two were shown making out in the hospital.
