Hip Hop mogul Lil Wayne made an emergency landing in an undisclosed location in Texas, after suffering seizure-like symptoms on his private jet on Thursday.

MTV news reported that the rapper is "doing better" after the in-flight medical scare that forced the landing.

Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., Lil Wayne's real name, was taken to a local hospital to get treatment in the afternoon. After staying there for several hours, the rapper was released around 6 p.m. local time.

It is unclear if doctors made an exact diagnosis, but according to TMZ, Wayne is "doing better."

Representatives of the Young Money rapper had no comment about the incident. Further information about the condition for the rapper's condition was not released and it's unclear what he's being treated for.

Wayne is currently in the works of releasing his 10th solo album, I Am Not a Human Being II, which is set to be released in December.

He spoke to MTV news about the album when he was in Las Vegas last week and shared that he worked on tracks with Kanye West. "Yeah he got some music on there," he said. "It's crazy, actually I don't want to give too much it but he's got a big hand in the album, you'll see."

Lil Wayne is mostly known for hitting the studio with Dr. Dre, working on nearly 100 tracks with the legendary rapper, producer and hip-hop mogul. Dre is also reportedly featured on Wayne's upcoming album in December.

Wayne couldn't reveal or specify when or where his fans might get the chance to finally hear what the two have cooked up for them. "I've always worked with Dre," he told MTV. "I'm not sure if you guys know how Dre works. Dre always send you a song, so I done probably did like 90 songs for Dre," he added. "You just never know which one he gonna put out."
