'Longmire' Stars Hangs Out With Book Series Author Craig Johnson

Adam Bartley, who ironically plays The Ferg, a member of the sheriff's department in Longmire, was pulled over by Santa Fe cops in late April, according to a new TMZ report.

Bartley reportedly wasn't wearing a seatbelt while driving and when he was pulled over by the police, the actor admitted to having "a few drinks" prior to getting behind the wheel. He was charged with drinking and driving, not having a seatbelt and careless driving. He blew a .09 on the breathalyzer, which is just one notch over the legal limit of .08.

Vic Doing Some Dirty Work With A Glove in 'Longmire' Season 4?

Bartley's Santa Fe attorney John Day is apparently investigating the case currently, according to the Albuquerque Journal.

The actor is currently working on the fourth season of Longmire, which is about halfway through production in New Mexico.

Longmire was cancelled by A&E after three seasons last August due to low ratings in the adults 18-49 demographic. It was, however, the highest rated scripted show on the network overall. Diehard fans of the Western launched an epic Twitter campaign for several months and Netflix decided to pick it up in November. The streaming site renewed the series for a 10-episode fourth season.

Longmire season 4 is expected to be released in full this fall on Netflix, though the site has yet to announce a specific release date. In the mean time, the first three seasons are currently available to stream on Netflix.
