Expect Something 'Frightening' In 'The Originals' Season 3

After a wide haul of chaos happened in the second season, one of the big questions that lingers is what's next for these two characters. On Friday, a clip was released from producers Julie Plec and Michael Narducci where they asked the questions that will be answered this fall.

In the video posted below, the producers started off by thanking the fans for watching the series. Then they mentioned that answers will be revealed in upcoming episodes.

"Tune in next season to find out if Elijah and Klaus can repair their damaged relationship," Narducci said.

Plec added something else pretty juicy. "Will Hayley remain cursed to be a human only one night a month?"

The responses, of course, were not given so viewers will have to find out how things go in the third year of the supernatural drama.

Narducci previously spoke with Entertainment Weekly where he teased that new villains might be coming aboard the series. With Dahlia gone, there's got to be room for other bad guys and girls.

"That's what we've been talking about in the writers' room for a very long time now," the producer explained. "I think when we are finally able to reveal what's happening, it should make a lot of sense and feel like the next stage in what this family will need to go through and deal with. It's pretty frightening and we're having a lot of fun with it."

The Originals Season 3 premieres this fall on The CW.
