Although there have been rumors she was fired, Stassi Schroeder claims to have quit Vanderpump Rules.

Stassi Schroeder Is All About Snakes After 'Vanderpump Rules' Co-Star's Diss

In the latest episode of her podcast, Straight Up With Stassi, Schroeder slammed those who have alleged she was fired for bad behavior, insisting the decision to walk away was all hers.

"People grow, and people change and sometimes you just kind of have to take a different path," Schroeder explained on Thursday. "It was my time to go. I'm not friends with the cast members. The way their lives are isn't my life, and I'm not willing to go and pretend that my life is anything otherwise, and that is literally the reason I left."

Schroeder revealed she had been contimplating a possible exit from the show for two entire years, but didn't make her decision final until a short time after the reunion show was filmed earlier this year.

"I felt proud of myself that I finally made a decision to walk away, and for someone to take that pride away from me and, in turn, make anyone Googling my name think otherwise, it's really saddening," Schroeder said of rumors claiming she's been fired.

Still, Schroeder says she knows the truth and that's all that matters.

"No matter how much somebody twists and manipulates the truth, no one can actually take away from the fact that I am proud of myself, and this was a really big deal. I made this decision and I want to focus on other things," she added.
