The Denver Broncos will look to further supplant themselves atop the AFC West Division in Week 9 when they take on the struggling Cincinnati Bengals. Before their bye in Week 8, the Broncos were coming off a 34-14 victory against Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.

The crucial win was a testament to the performance of QB Peyton Manning, who put up his best performance yet as a member of Denver. The veteran signal caller went 22-for-30 and threw for 305 yards along with three touchdowns. WR Demaryius Thomas also proved to be a viable target as Manning hit him for seven receptions, 137 yards and one touchdown.

Out of the Broncos' backfield, Willis McGahee didn't play too shabby himself compiling his third straight 100-yard rushing game with 122 yards and a touchdown against the Saints' defenders.

Denver will look to extend their winning streak to two games and the Bengals' losing streak to three. Cincinnati is also coming out of a bye week. However, they didn't fare as well as the Broncos did as they lost to their AFC North rival Pittsburgh Steelers 24-17 in Week 7.

The Steelers were in possession of the football for 15 more minutes and were backed by a 122-yard rushing performance out of Jonathan Dwyer. Overall, the Bengals only accrued 185 yards to Pittsburgh's 431.

Cincinnati quarterback Andy Dalton had his worst start of the season, going 14-for-28 for 105 yards. WR A.J. Green struggled as well with only one reception for eight yards. Dalton has been picked off at least once in every game this season.
