Kate Gosselin, Jeff Prescott: Reality Star Rumored To Be Engaged To Boyfriend [VIDEO]
Is she, or isn't she? That's what everyone is asking as there is a new rumor suggesting Kate Gosselin might be engaged. The reality television star was recently spotted wearing a ring on her all-important engagement finger, sparking rumors that her boyfriend Jeff Prescott might have popped the question.
According to In Touch Weekly on Sunday, Gosselin wore a triple-banded jewel-encrusted ring on her left hand during TLC's Block Party in Philadelphia this past weekend. Even though Gosselin is yet to make any comments about her relationship with her rumored beau, fans can't help but wonder if she plans on walking down the isle anytime soon.
The Stir reported on Friday that Prescott - who sounds a lot like Gosselin herself - supposedly tried to manipulate his three children Ashley, Brooke, and Connor to side against their mother during the ex-couple's court battles. What's more, his ex-wife even claims that he was a rather absent father during their childhood as he supposedly had infrequent visits with them and would sometimes be unreachable for a couple of days.

Jones said in court papers, "There have been times when he has not answered his cell phone for days."
In court papers dated from February 2006, Prescott supposedly tried to manipulate his children against Jones.
He wrote one email to his daughter Ashley that said, "I ... want to make it very clear that I have given your Mom every chance to try and settle things in a way that would not require all that is about to transpire. Again, she has chosen this battle for reasons I cannot understand."
