The second woman in the David Petraeus' scandal has been identified as Jill Kelley, the State Department's liaison to the military's Joint Special Operations Command in Tampa, Florida, according to military sources, reports the LA Times.

Kelley, 37, complained to the FBI that Petraeus' misstress Paula Broadwell was sending her harassing e-mails telling her to "back off" the disgraced CIA Director.

Kelley has been described as a person close to Petraeus which Broadwell reportedly considered a rival. She is married to Scott, a surgeon with whom she has three children. They reportedly live at a $1.2 million house in Tampa, reports the Daily Mail. (SEE KELLEY's PICTURE HERE)

It is being claimed that Broadwell was using Petraeus' own Gmail account to send the harassing emails to Kelley when the FBI began to investigate a national security issue, the Daily Mail reported.

Instead they uncovered sexually explicit messages between Petraeus and Broadwell sent from his own Gmail account.

Petraeus, who has been married to Holly Petraeus for 37 years, admitted to an extramarital affair on Friday in a public statement. That same day, President Obama accepted his resignation.

Broadwell, 40, co-wrote the biography "All In: The Education of General David Petraeus" which was released earlier this year. It is believed that the extramarital affair started anytime between July 2010 to July 2011 when she was embedded with Petraeus in Afghanistan.

Broadwell is married to radiologist Scott Broadwell with whom she has two young sons, Lucien and Landon, and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, UK's Daily Mail reports.

She is currently under an FBI investigation for "improperly trying to access his e-mail and possibly gaining access to classified information," according to NBC News.
