He was shocked to learn his brother was marrying Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) in an effort to help keep her in the U.S., but Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will quickly realize that the whole plot was yet another attempt by his meddling mother, Quinn (Rena Sofer) to ensure he would get the woman he wants on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Ivy & Liam Consider Marriage

After admitting that Liam (Scott Clifton) and Ivy getting married is a great way to ensure Ivy can stay in the U.S. and prevent being deported back to Australia, Wyatt will begin to grow suspicious of why exactly Quinn suggested the idea to Ivy in the first place. And unlike Carter (Lawrence St.Victor), who is officiating the ceremony, he won't buy his mother's claims that she wants Ivy to stick around because it helps keep her own job at Forrester secure.

"What do you have to do with all of this?" he asks her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, June 16 episode.

Wyatt & Liam's Feud Over Steffy Heats Up

However, he won't be very happy when Quinn admits that she may have also been partially motivated to push Ivy and Liam even closer together to keep Liam from reuniting with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)--whom Wyatt had expressed his own interest in dating.

"If Ivy and Liam are married..." Quinn says in the clip.

"Oh, please don't say it," Wyatt begs her.

"...then you can have your chance with Steffy," she finishes.

Now, Wyatt will need to contend with the fact that despite his mother's best intentions, he will have his chance with Steffy--but only because she has to choose him by default since his brother is once again officially unavailable to her.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
