Harry Styles, Taylor Swift Dating, 'x Factor' Host Mario Lopez Says
Taylor Swift,22 is dating Harry Styles, 18 from One Direction, according to "The X Factor" host Mario Lopez.
Lopez said he saw Swift and Styles "walking off hand in hand" on Thursday afternoon on the X Factor set in Los Angeles.
"Taylor Swift was the special guest performer, and here's a little inside scoop for you," Lopez said Friday on his 104.3 MY FM radio show. "During rehearsals, Harry from One Direction came and slapped me on the back, and said, 'Hey, Mario, how ya doing?' And I said, 'What are you doing here?' And he sort of [pointed] toward Taylor."
"So Taylor Swift and Harry from One Direction -you heard it here first. Officially hanging out, I can say that much," he continued.
Swift performed
E!News reported about Swift and Styles' new romance a day earlier. A witness told the site that Harry was with Swift for her rehearsal.
"Harry is there with her now," a witness told E!News. "she is doing rehearsals this afternoon...He was sitting with her mom and the rest of her entourage."
"After she finished, he went up to the stage. They were joking and laughing," the source added. "He picked her up and threw her over his shoulder and carried her off."
Swift was last dating Conor Kennedy and in the past has been linked to Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer and Taylor Lautner.
Styles has been romantically linked to older celebrities including Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack, 32, according to U.K's The Sun.
In October, Styles told a close pal he was looking for a girlfriend, according to U.K's The Sun.
