Colts vs Bills, Live Stream FREE, Watch NFL Online @ 12 PM PT
Despite their unexpected success, the Indianapolis Colts (6-4) still have a lot to prove after faltering in their biggest test of the season in last week's matchup against the New England Patriots. The team will look to return to form when it faces the less-intimidating Buffalo Bills (4-6) on Sunday afternoon.
With four straight victories against clubs with a 11-29 record, the Colts were able to effectively exploit their opponents' weaknesses while working their way into playoff contention. However, last week was a different story as they didn't fare as well last week versus the Patriots in a 59-24 blowout.
New England was the Colts' first opponent with an above .500 record since their Week 2 win versus the Minnesota Vikings.
In the matchup against the Pats, QB Andrew Luck completed 27 of his 50 passes for 334 yards on two touchdowns and three interceptions. While he did throw three picks, Luck still managed to throw for 300 yards for the fifth time, which broke an NFL rookie record previously held by Peyton Manning.
"You realize it's just one loss. It doesn't count any more or any less in the column and realize that we're still in a decent position, I think some other teams would like to be in. Our goals are still obtainable," Luck told ESPN.
After putting up 100 yards on six receptions and two touchdowns against New England, Indianapolis rookie T.Y. Hilton will look for his third 100-yard catch performance in four games.
The Colts, who have still yet to lost two straight this season, have the potential to rack up big offensive numbers against an inconsistent Bills' defense that ranks as one of the worst in both yards (401.1) and points allowed (29.9).
