ABC President Reveals 'Great Plans' For 'Mistresses'

On Monday, Broadway World released a synopsis for the episode airing on August 6 when Joss tries to find out what the deal is with Calista. She searches for evidence to use against this woman, but Calista finds a way to twist things around, which could put Joss in a bad light. It's unclear though on what Joss is going to find and if she'll ever be able to trust Calista or not.

Meanwhile, Karen gets a surprise when she goes to the doctor after not feeling so hot. Plus, April and Blair will continue their relationship even though Lucy isn't a fan of Blair. Harry is also going to help Marc as he struggles to be fully on his feet.

Is Alyssa Milano Ever Going To Return To 'Mistresses?'

Last month, there was a rumor that Alyssa Milano could potentially return to the series for a guest appearance. Series showrunner Rina Mimoun spoke to The Hollywood Reporter where she gave the impression that the actress might show up someday. But even if she isn't physically there, her character's presence will still linger.

"Since she is the sister of one of the main characters, she'll always be part of the fabric of the show- whether or not Alyssa is part of the fabric of the show," Mimoun said.

Mistresses airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
