An incident between Joe Giudice and his oldest daughter Gia Giudice has made its way back into headlines amid speculation that he takes out his anger about his wife Teresa Giudice’s sentence on their four daughters.

Apparently he had a run-in with a neighbor of the family’s beach home recently after the woman attempted to defend Gia against Joe. It all started when Gia tried to get into the home only to find she was locked out.

The 14-year-old was stuck outside for several minutes before Joe let her in, but things didn’t get too much easier. Word is he got extra loud with Gia in the backyard. The neighbor then tried to intercede and that’s when Joe’s anger went from Gia to the woman.

The two then yelled at one another and she was heard screaming specifically, “this guy is crazy, he’s dangerous, call the cops.”

Someone listened to her instruction and police shortly arrived on the scene. Considering their mother is in jail and their father will be going after her release, it’s not shocking that the four daughters pleaded with police not to take Joe into custody.

Joe and the neighbor were able to come at peace with one another. Interestingly enough, one of Joe’s reps said that the incident started because Joe was throwing a shindig and got a little too loud. The woman said the environment was inappropriate for children. So on Joe’s side, it didn’t have anything to do with Gia being locked out of the home.

Teresa is slated to be released from jail just before the holidays.
