A little birdie is about to tattle her secret to Red (James Spader), and Tom's (Ryan Eggold) fate is seemingly up in the air.

"There's a good bit coming [about Tom]," Eggold told TODAY. "What's exciting is it's kind of being weaved into the central mythology a bit, in terms of who this guy is and why he's there. And some of the big questions - why did this whole thing start and why did Red come into Lizzie's life - one thing may shed light on the other."
