Tamra Barney's ex-husband Simon has allegedly violated their custody agreement for their 16-year-old daughter, Sidney.

Although the Real Housewives of Orange County's custody battle was thought to have ended months ago, the reality star recently filed court documents, claiming Simon has failed to follow through with their agreement to have Sidney participate in therapy with her mother.

According to a Radar Online report on Thursday, Simon is in "contempt of court" as a result of his failure to confirm the therapy sessions, which were tilted "Overcoming Barriers," with Barney.

"[Barney] insists this is a direct violation of the court order stating they had to follow all of the therapist’s directions, and she says her ex is now in contempt of court," the site reported. "[Barney], who currently only has visitation rights to [Sidney], then goes on to blast [Simon], alleging that her former spouse just wants to alienate their daughter from her and that this latest incident is even more proof of her belief.

Barney and her ex-husband are due in court on Aug. 28 to discuss the matter.

As Barney has previously revealed, Sidney chose to live with her father full-time last year, and has remained under his primary physical care ever since.
