The family of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice has shut down rumor that he is cheating after he has been spotted with several mystery women while she is in federal prison.

One insider explained the most recent photos Friday of Joe that showed him getting close with a woman at Daddy O Hotel on Long Beach Island in New Jersey.

The source was with Joe when the photos were taken without his knowledge. “That was Wednesday night. It was an alcohol distribution event for Fedway. He was just doing stuff with friends and the company. This is honestly nothing to be worried about. I was down at the shore with him. It was completely innocent.”

And while the snapshots might have seemed shocking to fans, they weren’t a surprise to Teresa because she actually knew about the event for Tito’s Vodka.

“She’s very aware. He emails (her) every day. And he has four daughters on him all the time. It’s nothing to be worried about.”

Teresa is currently serving a 15-month sentence. However, it was cut short to less than a year and she’s set to be released just before Christmas after turning herself in on Jan. 5. Joe will begin his 41-month sentence when she is released. The couple had trouble with the law after they pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges like bankruptcy, mortgage and loan.

Viewers will get a firsthand look at Joe and their four daughters’ life with Teresa in prison in a new upcoming series.
