Supernatural has yet to completely scrap their plans for a spinoff.

The Winchesters are ready to start their 11th season, and the creative minds behind Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are once more looking to expand the Supernatural brand. Season 9's attempt to launch Bloodlines crashed and burned following its backdoor pilot, but that doesn't mean writers aren't trying to weave a new tale from the hunter universe.

"We'd love to do one, it probably will not happen this year but at some point there will be another swing," The CW announced at Tuesday's Television Critics Association summer press tour.

Many members of the SPNFamily are hoping for a "Wayward Daughters" series - a spinoff that would focus on Sheriff Jody Mills and Sheriff Donna Hanscum as they run a home for girls like Claire Novak and Annie Jones. Unfortunately, Mark Pedowitz, CW president, had never heard of the idea before TV Line mentioned it at Tuesdays TCAs.

Are you hoping for a spinoff, whether it is "Wayward Daughters" or something else, or do you think Supernatural should stick to what it does best? Sound off in the comments below.
