Christine Ouzounian may be in the midst of a major scandal, but that hasn't sent this former nanny into hiding.

Instead, the alleged mistress of Ben Affleck, and former caretaker of his and Jennifer Garner's children, appears to be loving life in the spotlight. Most recently, the newly unemployeed 28-year-old took to her Instagram page, where she shared a photo of her new car, a Lexus IS convertible.

"Keep Calm and meet my new drop top Lexi," Ouzounian captioned the photo, captured by Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday.

Days prior, Ouzounian shared another photo on Instagram, which featured her walking out of a store in Los Angeles. In the caption, she wrote, "'She's just a girl and she's on fire' -- Alicia Keys."

Around the same time Ouzounian shared her second Instagram photo, news of a possible lawsuit against her former employer, Garner, hit the web. According to Radar Online, a source recently told In Touch Weekly that Ouzounian was planning to sue Garner for "wrongful termination."

“Christine has told friends she’s considering dragging Jen to court for wrongful termination,” a source told the magazine. “If Ben dumps her, she will sue.”

Regarding Ouzounian's new car, and her alleged new apartment in Los Angeles, a source told In Touch Weekly, "Christine can’t afford a $50,000 car and a home that rents for $10,000 a month — she was making a nanny’s salary. You do the math.”
