Snoop Lion — the new identity of iconic rapper Snoop Dogg — visited the website Reddit on Wednesday to chat with fans.

Snoop participated in one of the site's famous "AMA" sessions. "AMA" stands for "ask me anything", and features a celebrity who receives fan questions from Reddit users and answers them in real time.

The main topic of Snoop's AMA was, not surprisingly, marijuana. The rapper, 41, has been very vocal about his love for pot and his wish to see it legalized in the United States.

When one user asked how much weed Snoop smokes in the average week, he gave quite an enormous answer: "81 blunts a day x 7," he wrote.

Another user asked Snoop about his views on the specifics of legalizing marijuana, writing, "Do you believe in the taxation of Mary Jane with legalization, or would you prefer to see it have little to no taxes?"

Snoop's answer indicated that he wants weed to be legal in any way possible.

"Legalize it n if that means tax it then do it," he wrote.

Snoop Dogg became Snoop Lion when he decided to start making reggae music, and he talked with MTV News about how his good friend Dr. Dre reacted to his first reggae song, "La La La."

"He would see me come to rehearsals with all of my Rastafari, my gear, my hair, my look. He was just peeping me out, and I let him know I was doing a reggae project and working on the album and whatnot, but he didn't really understand it until 'La La La' came out," Snoop said. "Now he understands that I'm fully with it and I'm all in it to win it. So he gets it, and I got his support. He just didn't understand it because I didn't explain it to him. I wasn't tryna keep it a secret; it just wasn't time to unveil until now."
