On Sunday, the actress's boyfriend, Paul Wesley, took to Instagram to post a pretty intense picture on Instagram where he (or someone who looks like him) is doing a back-flip into a pool. Tonkin is in the water watching this with a crazed yet excited expression on her face..

According to Wesley, his girl was "having the best day of her life."

Meanwhile, Daily Telegraph posted an interview with Tonkin on Saturday where she dished on what it meant to be healthy- it's not just about eating right and working out.

"For me, wellness doesn't necessarily just mean food, exercise and body image," she said. "It's also looking after yourself spiritually, making time for family and friends, finding balance in your life. It's being able to work hard and reach your goals, while making time to take care of yourself- mentally and physically."

The Originals star then opened up on wearing outfits that make her feel comfortable since she has such a busy schedule.

"Sometimes I work all day then jump straight on a flight; I like clothes that take me places," she said. "I can wear these pieces walking with my dog Lola, and then stop somewhere on the way home and get a margarita!"
