The city of Bangkok is reeling from two bombings within 24 hours. The first occurred on Monday when what's being described as an "improvised explosive device" was detonated at a Hindu shrine, killing at least 20 people and injuring over 120. On Tuesday, a pipe bomb was thrown off a pier used by commuters and donated in the water, hurting no one. Police have released the below picture of the main suspect, a man photographed in a yellow t-shirt, who they believe planted the first bomb.

He's back and teaming up with a gun shop owner who famously banned Muslims from his store. Yeahhh, that's not going to go well.

The New York Times has a gruesome and disturbing report about the death of an inmate at New York's Fishkill Correctional Facility in April of this year that's currently being investigated. According to witness accounts, as many 20 correctional officers had a hand in beating the man, who later died of his injuries.
