Lowell and Baltierra tied the knot on Saturday, Aug. 22, surrounded by their close friends and family, as well as several Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 co-stars, including Amber Portwood, Matthew Baier, Maci Bookout, Taylor McKinney, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin.

As Lowell and Baltierra wed after 10 years of dating and two children together, fans are watching the marriage of Messer and her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, the father of her two-year-old daughter, come to an end on Teen Mom 2 amid rumors of drug use and cheating.
