Fifth Harmony and One Direction have so much in common that it raises concerns if the girl group will end up going on a hiatus like what the British-Irish boy band has planned.

Fifth Harmony's Dinah Jane Reveals Why Showing Compassion Is Important!

Like One Direction, Fifth Harmony came to be on The X Factor, well, the American version, but still they're part of The X Factor family. All five girls began as solo contestants, but were rejected and then brought back to form a group exactly like how the lads of 1D came together.

Fifth Harmony has easily become the most successful act from the American version, similarly to how One Direction is the most successful from the United Kingdom version.

Which 'Pretty Little Liars' Star Agrees With 5H's Camila That 'I Miss You' Means More Than 'I Love You'?

One Direction has been going nonstop since 2010 and Fifth Harmony is on a similar path and since One Direction did admit they will be taking a break come March 2016 it makes many wonder if 5H will wind up heading in that direction too.

Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello made that concern more prominent when she spoke with British newspaper Metro via Belfast Telegraph about how she understands what the members of One Direction have been going through since getting put into a group does entail sacrifice.

"When a group is put together like that, it's hard, creatively to find something you agree with," Cabello dished, adding, "They're just like us; I imagine they all came in with different tastes in music, different ideas on what they want the group to be like. There are a lot of sacrifices to be made."

Does this mean Cabello and her bandmates will want to take a break eventually like the 1D guys have planned? It's possible, but for right now the girl group is thrilled with what they're doing.

Ally Brooke Hernandez dished to TMZ recently, "We're all good."

Plus, the 5H ladies seem to be more open to letting each other explore their interests outside of the group since Normani Kordei Hamilton did release those stellar dance videos, "Do Not Disturb" and "Commas".

The 1D guys haven't exactly explored their other interests to these depths so perhaps 5H won't ever need a hiatus.
