In a new photo shared on Instagram on Friday for "Fitness Friday," the Vanderpump Rules star showed off her slim figure, revealing she's made "progress" in recent months.

Scheana Marie Looks Back On Her 'Vanderpump Rules' Wedding
In the caption of the photo, Shay, who married Mike Shay in July of last year, tagged her trainer, who had recently shared a video of the reality star's workout routine.
"The beautiful and hard working @scheanamarie killing forward lunges with an overhead press!" the man wrote in the caption of his video (seen below). "She just comes in and throws LBS around! Such a blast and inspiration to train this one. In the next few months, fans are going to see more of Shay with the return of Vanderpump Rules. Throughout the summer, Shay and the cast, including Jax Taylor, Ariana Madix, Kristen Doute, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz and James Kennedy, were filming the series' fourth season, which will likely premiere on Bravo later this year.
Scheana Marie has starred on Vanderpump Rules in a full-time role since the series' debut in Jan. 2013.
