Tamra Barney and Brooks Ayers are seen at odds in a sneak peek at next week's new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Tamra Barney Discusses Psychic's Comments About Brooks Ayers' Cancer

Although the episode starts with Ayers confronting Meghan King Edmonds, a later scene shows the ex-boyfriend of Vicki Gunvalson being yelled at by her on-again, off-again friend, Barney.

"When Shannon throws an Aries themed party, Brooks finally gets his chance to confront Meghan face-to-face for her relentless digging into his past. And an off-handed comment by Brooks throws Tamra into a rage,” a description of the episode reads, according to a report by Carter Matt on Saturday.

After Edmonds claims to have heard a rumor about her marriage from Barney, Ayers tells her, "You might want to consider the source."

When Barney finds out, she confronts Ayers point blank.

"Consider the source? What the f**k does that mean?" she yells.

Earlier this year, Barney added to speculation regarding Ayers' cancer diagnosis, which he claims will be confirmed later on in the season.

"There’s a lot of um…a lot of stories that were told about his treatment plan and what kind of cancer he has and it doesn’t make sense," Barney explained to OK! Magazine in June. "With that being said there’s a lot of people going, ‘Huh? What? Does he really have it? Is he lying?’ I think it’s up to the viewers to decide."
