The preview for the premiere of season 2 of How to Get Away with Murder sets fans up for a roller coaster ride.

Viola Davis Teases 'New Mystery' In Season 2

The clip reasserts the fact that Rebecca's murderer will be revealed in the first episode of the next chapter. This is not exactly news as the showrunner and cast members had already dished this information in recent interviews. But what's more exciting is that there will be something bigger in store waiting for fans. The video states that the killer reveal is not the "craziest, OMG moment."

As the clip concludes, Olivia Pope (Viola Davis) is seen blubbering with anger saying, "Now that you have done this you're a monster!" This one's going to be one dramatic start to season 2.

Supernatural Star Joins Cast For Season 2

While the one of the highlights of the premiere is the fact that Rebecca's killer will be revealed, this does not mean that tha chapter will be closed.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Pete Nowalk talked about how the consequences of Rebecca's murder are going to continue to linger through the next chapter.

"It doesn't go away. Just like anything in our show, I don't want anything to be forgotten," he said. "Just like Sam's murder, Lila's murder - yes they're dead, but the consequences of that continue to reverberate. The same is going to happen with Rebecca. Some people will know she's dead; some people will know who killed her; some people will think she's missing. She plays a big part in season two, even though she's dead."

Season 2 will premiere on Sept. 25.
