On Sunday, E! News found out from Victor Cruz that he feels for Brady and Bundchen ever since rumors spread that they were heading for divorce. When it was announced that the couple was doing just fine, Cruz said that it's something they need to stay strong over.

"I can completely relate to them. Obviously everyone goes through their ups and downs and goes through their fights," the New York Giants player said. "[The rumors] happen and it's something you have to be thick-skinned about and something you have to understand to keep your family tight knit."

One of the things that can make these split reports tough is how they can create a negative effect on the couple's children. Cruz made it clear that as long as Brady and Bundchen are honest with them, then that will help everyone in the household.

"[The kids] are going to be hearing things from left and right," the football star said. "But as long as at home you tell them what the truth is and how you can handle that within your household is essential to having a family that is tight and won't let anything get in the way of the morals and things Tom and Gisele has instilled in their children and instilled in themselves cause things are going to happen."
