The guys of 5 Seconds of Summer just wrapped their Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour while promoting their sophomore studio album a bit.

Why Was Calum Hood Feeling So 'Melancholy' On Sunday?

The promotion has continued in the form of their newly launched website, TheNewBrokenScene.com.

It's so appropriately named that considering a lyric from their lead single "She's Kinda Hot" references "the new broken scene".

Which British Band Just Dropped An Album That 5 Seconds of Summer Is Obsessed With?

So on Wednesday this site launched. When fans clicked to enter this site they were asked for permission for 5SOS to take over their Twitter accounts. Michael Clifford and the band's account even demonstrated what happens upon signing up. The safety pinned broken heart logo replaces your photo and the band will tweet from your account.

A countdown was ticking down on the site and when it reached its end, the band announced they would host "a big event" in October. Yep, if you're thinking it's during the month their album Sounds Good Feels Good drops you're right. The event is even dubbed "THE NEW BROKEN SCENE," which continues their revolution for the outcasts taking over.

Clifford, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Luke Hemmings explained that this event includes them "flying some of you from around the world to join us somewhere special."

They will perform live at the event and further teased "and a load more stuff" is going down at it too.

In order to get involved you have to go to the "Location" section of The New Broken Scene website.

The countries involved so far are Argentina, Brazil, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland and the United Kingdom. The band did make clear fans from other countries should "keep checking back" though.

We're definitely curious about where this exciting event will be taking place!
