As Foster and her co-stars reportedly feud over her diagnosis, she's taken to Instagram, where she offered fans an update.

"A flower does not compete with the flower next to it................ IT JUST BLOOMS!!! #LessonLearned," Foster captioned a photo, which appeared to be taken at a Los Angeles restaurant.

According to the latest report, Foster's Lyme disease diagnosis has been questioned by her co-stars, and now, she's getting ready to confront them about their doubts.

Foster is “getting ready to film with ALL of the ladies of RHOBH in the next two weeks,” an insider revealed to Radar Online last week. “Since having her breast implants removed, Yolanda has had a huge improvement in her overall health. But she still suffers from Lyme disease. She was beyond hurt after finding out that some of the ladies were asking a lot of questions and even suggesting that she didn’t even have it. She was particularly upset with Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna for not sticking up for her when she wasn’t around, and now she is ready to spill all of their dirty secrets!"

“Yolanda is now firing on all cylinders again,” added the source. “You don’t want to mess with her! She will use RHOBH to continue to raise awareness for Lyme disease, and finding a cure. She doesn’t want anyone else to go through the hell she has.”
