"Melrose Place" actress Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital Thursday after a 911 call, a spokeswoman for Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks, California told KNBC TV.

The site TMZ.com reported that a law enforcement source said the actress had mixed alchohol with prescription drugs.

The actress was conscious and stable by Thursday evening, according to KNBC TV.

This is not the first time a 911 call is placed for the actress. In 2008 a 911 call was made by apparently her doctor who said she was trying to commit suicide, according to People Magazine.

Paramedics arrived to Locklear's home and after she appeared to be fine, no further action was taken, People Magazine reported.
